Hailing from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, 19-year-old singer-songwriter Ava Nayana is a true artist in every sense of the word. Although young, Ava’s music exudes a depth and maturity that divulges the secrets of her imagination and the particulars of her adventures to date and beyond. For Ava, music is about connecting with people on a boundless level, eliciting their emotions, and inspiring them in ways that words, alone, cannot. With a voice that is both beautiful and undeniably powerful, Ava has created a sound and style that is uniquely her own, and her emphatic passion shines through in every performance. Drawing inspiration from admirable artists such as Stevie Nicks, Adele, Rihanna, and Whitney Houston, Ava's music is an interfusion of different genres and persuasions. Having performed at many competitions, festivals, concerts, and private events around Alberta, Ava Nayana is no stranger to the stage. In fact, it is where she feels most at home! For Ava, it is the thrill of performing in front of an enthusiastic audience that truly ignites her. 

2025 continued to be a year of change, growth, and progression for Ava Nayana. Academically, she completed her first year of post-secondary education at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. Musically, Ava wrote and composed many new original songs and embraced the stage at several Alberta venues and festivals, including the Alberta Music Festival, Edmonton Deep Freeze Festival, Western Canada Ribfest Tour, Magnificent River Rats Festival, Lacombe Days, Edmonton Kaleido Festival, and the Edmonton Christmas Market, to name a few. Additionally, Ava joined Edmonton-based cover band, Siren Sound, as lead vocalist and keyboardist.

2026 has been another busy and exciting year for Ava Nayana. In addition to continuing her academic studies, Ava will be looking to perform at as many venues as possible, and to record new original music in the form of a debut album.

Looking forward into her musical future, Ava Nayana remains dedicated to honing her craft. Whether broadening her musical skills, creating new music, or touching the crowd with her captivating performances, Ava is on a mission to grow as an artist and a person. Her ultimate goals? To leave an indelible mark on the world of music that will stand the test of time, cultivate valued friendships, create lasting memories, and have some fun along the way.
